1) Work area requirements
Driveway / work space
- A safe, accessible driveway or equivalent work area is required.
- We must be able to park and work safely around the vehicle.
- We may decline or reschedule if the site is unsafe (ice, tight space, hazards, etc.).
Water + Power
- Customer must provide a working outdoor water source and electrical outlet.
- If water/power is unavailable, additional charges may apply (or the appointment may be rescheduled).
Weather
- Mobile detailing is weather dependent. Severe weather may require rescheduling.
2) Environmental & bylaw responsibility
Mobile detailing can involve soaps/cleaners and rinsing. Local bylaws vary by municipality.
Customer responsibility
- Customer confirms that washing/detailing at their location is permitted under local bylaws/HOA rules.
- Customer accepts responsibility for any municipal/HOA issues related to on-site washing, runoff, or chemical use.
- Customer will inform us of any site restrictions before the appointment.
3) Scheduling & capacity
One vehicle per day (usually)
- We normally schedule one vehicle per day unless two half-day services fit the schedule.
- If a vehicle condition requires extra time, we may adjust scope or reschedule with you.
4) Deposits, cancellations, and no-refund items
Deposit
- A deposit is required to reserve your time slot.
Cancellations
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice given.
- Last-minute cancellations reduce available service time for other customers.
Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from purchase date.
- No refunds on gift certificate purchases.
5) Vehicle condition, pre-existing damage
- Customer agrees to disclose any known issues (delicate trim, failing clear coat, electrical issues, etc.).
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear that becomes visible during cleaning (oxidation, scratches, stains, etc.).
- Some add-ons are “quote required” due to vehicle condition variability.
